Email, Text Messages, and Prohibited Content
Your use of the https://sktrading.live/ website, products, and services is subject to this policy. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by SK Trading at its sole discretion, we may warn you, suspend, or terminate your account. Please note that, in accordance with the SK Trading Terms of Service Agreement, we may change this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to stay updated and comply with this policy.
Email, Text Messages, and Prohibited Content
SK Trading allows its affiliates to send marketing emails to their audiences to promote its products and services. We have a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means all email recipients must have opted-in or otherwise provided valid consent, in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, to receive communications from you, the sender. Accounts may be terminated for sending unsolicited emails or text messages.
Emails sent in connection with your business must include an “unsubscribe” link that allows recipients to opt-out of future emails. You agree not to hide, disable, or remove the opt-out link from any email. You are required to manage and process unsubscribe requests within ten days of receipt, or as required by applicable laws, and update your contact lists accordingly.
You are responsible for ensuring that your emails do not generate excessive spam complaints or bounce rates. If SK Trading determines that your complaint or bounce rates exceed industry standards, we may suspend or terminate your use of our website, products, and services. If you receive low response rates, high complaint rates, or high bounce rates, we may request additional information about your mailing lists and practices, and if necessary, suspend or revoke your email privileges.
Restrictions
- Emails promoting SK Trading must have a valid reply-to email address that you own or manage.
- You may only promote SK Trading to individuals who have given you explicit permission to email them. If you cannot prove that each recipient opted-in, do not email them.
- The use of third-party, purchased, or rented mailing lists is prohibited unless you can provide proof of opt-in consent for the type of emails you are sending.
- You must not send unsolicited emails to newsgroups, message boards, distribution lists, or email addresses.
- You may not use SK Trading’s products to send emails in violation of applicable laws or to recipients who have opted out, unsubscribed or objected to receiving such messages.
- You must not use deceptive subject lines or false or misleading header information in your emails.

If you suspect that SK Trading has been used to send spam, please contact us immediately at support@sktrading.live, and we will investigate the matter.
