How to Set Up the SK Chart Overlay for TradingView

Follow this step-by-step guide to properly set up the SK Chart Overlay indicators in TradingView.

Step 1: Check Authorization for the Indicators

Before setting up the indicators, confirm that your account is authorized to use them:

1. Click on “Indicators” in the TradingView toolbar.
2. Select “Invite-Only Scripts” from the list.
3. Look for the following indicator names:
   
   • TradeEZ One
   • TradeEZ Two
   • TradeEZ Three
   • TradeEZ Four
   • TradeEZ MA
     

If these indicators appear in the “Invite-Only Scripts” section, your account is authorized.

Step 2: Load the Chart Layout

1. Open the email received after subscribing.
2. Click on the provided link to access the SK Trading layout.
3. Once the layout loads, check the mode:
   
   • If the chart is in View-Only Mode, it means modifications are restricted.
   • To gain full control, click “Copy”, enter a new name (e.g., “SK Trading”), and click Save.
   • A new page will open with the editable version of the layout.
     

Step 3: Adjust Chart Settings

1. Right-click on the chart and select Settings.
2. Go to the “Symbol” tab and ensure that Regular Trading Hours (RTH) is selected.
   • Steve does not use extended trading hours, so this setting must be correct.
3. Click “Apply to All” to ensure the settings apply to all charts.
   

Step 4: Configure the Indicator Settings

For each indicator, adjust the settings as follows:

TradeEZ One Indicator

1. Hover over the indicator name (TradeEZ One).
2. Click the settings icon.
3. Go to the “Style” tab.
4. Turn off “Up Marker” and “Down Marker.”
5. Click OK.
   

TradeEZ Two Indicator

1. Hover over the indicator name (TradeEZ Two).
2. Click the settings icon.
3. Go to the “Style” tab.
4. Turn off “Top Guide.”
5. Ensure “Bottom Guide” is set to 10.
6. Click OK.
   

Repeat these steps for both charts to ensure consistency.

Final Check

• The left chart should be set to a 15-minute time interval.
• The right chart should be set to a 5-minute time interval.
• Verify that all indicators are visible and configured correctly.
