Veteran Discount Verification & Redemption Process

Overview

Veterans are eligible for a special discount when subscribing to any of our plans. This article outlines the updated process for verification and coupon redemption.

1. Choose a Plan

Veterans begin by visiting our Pricing Page and selecting the subscription plan that best suits their needs.

2. Proceed to Checkout

After selecting a plan, users are directed to the checkout page. On the left side of the checkout screen, a section titled “S K Trading Veteran Discount program.” outlines the eligibility and steps to redeem the discount.

3. Initiate the Verification Process

Within the Veteran Discount section, users can click the “Get Discount” button which will redirect to verification pop-up. Click on continue.

This opens a pop-up form requesting the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Email Address

4. Submit Verification Documents

Users will be prompt to upload documentation to confirm veteran status. Accepted documents may include:

• DD-214 or DD-256 
• LES, DFAS or TRICARE Document 
• ID Card 
• USAA / NFCU Document 
• G.I. Bill Document 
• Discount Card

Once submitted, the verification process begins automatically.

5. Verification Outcome

• If Approved:
  A unique coupon code will be displayed directly on the screen.
• If Not Approved:
  A message will be displayed indicating the verification could not be completed. Further instructions or support contact details may be provided.
  

6. Apply the Discount

Once verified, users can:

• Copy the displayed coupon code
• Paste it in the coupon code field on the checkout page
• Complete the payment process with the applied discount

Important Notes

• This discount is available for one-time use per verified veteran.
• All data and documents submitted during verification are securely stored and handled in compliance with our privacy policy.
