With the rollout of the new platform and pricing model, current members are required to take a few simple steps to ensure uninterrupted access to their subscription.
1. New System Access & Credentials
- Over the next few days, we will set you up in our new membership system.
- You’ll receive an email containing your new login credentials and instructions on how to access your plan and streams on the updated platform.
2. 60-Day Billing Update Window
- After you receive your new credentials, you’ll have 60 days to update your billing information manually within the new system.
- We’ve made this process straightforward—just log in, choose your plan, and enter your payment details.
3. Grace Period & Plan Retention
- Until you complete your billing update (within the 60-day window), you’ll continue to have access to your current plan’s features.
- Important: If you do not complete the billing update within 60 days, your membership will automatically shift to our Community Plan, which only includes access to the general Discord channel. You can upgrade back to any plan at any time using your new login credentials.
4. Uninterrupted Access
- Once your billing details are updated, your full access to live streams and premium features will continue seamlessly under the new plan structure.
