1. Membership
1.1. Your membership will continue until terminated. To use the service, you must have Internet access and provide one or more Payment Methods. A “Payment Method” refers to a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which may be updated as necessary. Unless you cancel your membership before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

1.2. Various membership plans may be offered, including those provided by third parties in conjunction with their own products and services. Each membership plan may have unique conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or through other communications. You can find specific details about your membership by visiting the website and clicking on the “My Account Details” link under the “Sign In” option.
2. Promotional Offers
We may occasionally offer special promotional plans or memberships (“Offers”). Eligibility for these Offers is determined at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke any Offer and place your account on hold if we determine you are ineligible. The requirements and conditions for Offers will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or through other communications.
3. Billing and Cancellation
The membership fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "My Account" page under "Purchase History". The length of the billing cycle depends on the subscription type selected at sign-up. Payment dates may change due to changes in your Payment Method, subscription plan, or if your membership started on a non-existent date in a given month.
To use the service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if the primary Payment Method is declined or unavailable. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is unsuccessful and the account is not canceled, access to the service may be suspended until a valid Payment Method is charged.
Payment Methods can be updated on the "My Account" page under the "Billing Info" tab. Post-update, you authorize us to charge the updated Payment Method(s).
You can cancel your membership at any time and retain access to the service through the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or unused content. To cancel, go to the "My Account" page, select "Billing Info", and choose "Cancel" under "Active Subscriptions" for the plan you wish to cancel. Upon cancellation, the account will close at the end of the current billing period. The closure date can be viewed under "Purchase History" on the "My Account" page.
We may alter subscription plans and pricing periodically. Any changes will apply no earlier than 30 days after notification.
4. Service Usage
Membership is restricted to individuals 18 years or older.
The service and content are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared beyond your household. Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service and content. No rights, titles, or interests are transferred to you. The service must not be used for public performances.
The content library is regularly updated.
You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any content or information obtained through the service. Additionally, you agree not to bypass or disable content protections, use automated means to access the service, reverse engineer software, insert unauthorized code, or interfere with the service. Violations may result in account termination or restriction.
Display quality may vary based on device and internet connection. You are responsible for internet access charges. The time to begin viewing content depends on location, bandwidth, content selection, and device configuration.
5. Passwords and Account Access
The account owner, who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged, is responsible for all account activity. To maintain control and prevent unauthorized access, the account owner should manage device access and not disclose the password or Payment Method details. Account information must be kept accurate. We may terminate or hold accounts to protect against fraud or identity theft.
6. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use are governed by U.S. law. Consumer protection rights under your country’s mandatory laws remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may modify these Terms of Use periodically. Notifications of changes will be provided at least 30 days prior to application.
Account-related communications (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password changes) will be sent electronically, primarily via email.
