1. Find Your Machine ID in NinjaTrader
When using NinjaTrader, you will need your Machine ID, which is a 32-character alphanumeric string (no symbols).
How to Find Your NinjaTrader Machine ID:
- Open NinjaTrader on your system.
- In the top toolbar, look for the circle icon on the right side and click it.
- A Help box will appear—click on Help to open the menu list.
- From the menu list, click on “About” to open a dialogue box.
- The dialogue box will display your installed version and Machine ID.

2. Find Your Customer Number in TradeStation
If you are using TradeStation, you will need your Customer Number, which is a 6- or 7-digit number (all integers, will not start with 0, and contains no letters or symbols).
How to Find Your TradeStation Customer Number:
- Open the TradeStation Desktop Application.
- Navigate to Help > About TradeStation.


3.Your Customer Number will be displayed in the window that opens.

3. Find Your Username in TradingView
For TradingView, your account is identified by your Username (not an email). The username can only contain:
- English letters
- Numbers
- Underscores (_)
- Hyphens (-)
How to Find Your TradingView Username:
- Login to your TradingView terminal and open a chart.
- Click on the Menu Icon at the top left.
- You will see your name’s first letter – click on it.
- Your TradingView username will be displayed.
